From the Deck
The view in the photo above is a wide angle shot so the lake appears further away than it
really is. However the wide angle shows just how much of the lake and Ozark hill country
you can see from Ridgecrest. Very few other buildings are visible. The center of the photo
is looking straight north out over the Howard Creek area of Bull Shoals Lake.
Deck
Parties
Many of our guests love to hold cook outs and other group gatherings on our deck. There is
a large BBQ grill and plenty of lawn furniture for such events. The deck is a split-level
design with the front part being lower than the back part. This allows those in the back
to look over the front part of the deck without having their view blocked. The over-all
size of the deck is 30 x 40. |

The Moon and Stars
Because there are no major cities causing horizon glow in this area, you can see an
incredible number of stars from our deck on any clear night. Moreover, because this area
has very few mosquitoes, you can sit outside at night and not be bothered by the annoying
insects. |

Interior Views
Sit at any dining table in any of our units and you can look out at the lake. As the light
changes through out the day, so does the color of the lake. Sunsets, sunrises, clouds,
bright sunlight, moonlight, it all changes the water color in a never-ending display of
color. See it all happen from inside your cabin. Many of our units have screened in
porches where you can sit and enjoy the lake views. |

Dock
Walk or drive down this road to Ridgecrest Resort's boat dock and the swim deck. There is
a hard surfaced boat launch for easy boating access for fishing and lake fun . |
