Cottages
Our cabins are situated in a layout providing you with scenic lakeviews, the feeling of
privacy, and scenic seclusion. Most cabins offer the rustic warmth of knotty pine
interiors. All are clean and fully equipped, providing you with the comforts of home.
Kitchens have cookware, utensils, pots, pans, toaster, microwave, electric coffeemaker,
and dish soap. We provide all linens and towels except pool towels. Each cabin has color
TV, air conditioning, and ceiling fans. Cabins have screened porches or patios. Bar-B-Q
grills furnished with each cabin.
Grounds
Our swimming pool is open from Memorial Day weekend
to Labor Day weekend. We have plenty of lawn and poolside furniture. There's a
children's playground, horseshoes and volleyball and other outdoor sports. The playground
is next to the swimming pool. Tall hardwoods shade the entire resort. There's lots of room
for family reunions and group picnics. We have live bait and gift store items. Nearby
there's acres of rolling timbered
hills for hiking, birdwatching, and photography.

Reservation
Policies
You will be charged for the number of days you reserve. If a cancellation is made,
the deposit will not be returned unless the cabin can be re-rented for the reserved
period. Advance reservations must be for 3 days or more from Memorial Day through Labor
Day. A deposit of $100 is required for each reservation. You will receive written
confirmation upon receipt of deposit. Telephone reservations will be held for 10 days
pending receipt of deposit. Balance due on arrival. You will be charged a half day rental
for early arrival, and late departure.

Dock
Our new boat dock has electrical hookups, a fish cleaning station and a storage
shed. Stalls are 10 x 20 each. We sell tackle and bait.
Area
Fishing/Hunting
Bull Shoals Lake offers over 45,000 surface acres of water and 740 miles of timbered
shoreline. It's one of the most challenging bass lakes in the Midsouth. You have plenty of
room for swimming, skiing, scuba diving, boating or enjoying the beauty of the area. For
the fisherman and hunter, March through May are the key fishing months and spring and
autumn provide excellent deer, turkey, and small game hunting year round.

Attractions
There's float trips on the White River, Bryant River, or Norfork River. A golf
course is minutes away. We are approximately 1 hour away from Branson, MO music
shows and Silver Dollar City theme park, Bass Pro Shop in Springfield, MO, Bull Shoals Dam
in Bull Shoals, AR. We're 10 to 15 minutes from six restaurants, 11 miles to Gainesville,
MO where you'll find additional restaurants and grocery shopping.
