About Waterfront Resort
Come ... relax and unwind at Waterfront Resort on beautiful Bull Shoals Lake in the scenic Arkansas Ozarks. All of our cottages are comfortably appointed, have screened porches, offer fabulous lakefront views, and are situated in the shade of tall oaks on a gentle slope in our private cove only 200 ft. (and often less) from the water - the absolute closest and easiest access to the water anywhere on Bull Shoals Lake. You can sit on your screened porch, at your picnic table, or on one of the Ozark swings to relax and enjoy all the natural, pristine beauty of our lake and area - and with NO MOSQUITOES!

Paved walkways take you from your cottage door to our private, covered & lighted boat dock equipped with fish cleaning facilities, electrical outlets at each slip, swim dock with swim ladder, and located directly in front of the cottages. Free use of a 14 ft. aluminum boat, or a single slip in the dock for your own boat is included with each cottage rental. Boat owners will enjoy the paved drive and ease of launching boats from our private ramp at no charge.

As a guest at Waterfront Resort, you will also be only 10 minutes from shopping, area attractions, craft & antique shops, golf courses, riding stables, and the very best restaurants anywhere. Waterfront Resort Cottages
Our comfortably appointed lakefront housekeeping cottages are situated in the shade of tall oaks on a gentle slope in our private cove only 200 ft. from the water - the closest and easiest access to the water anywhere on Bull Shoals Lake.

Each cottage has a fully equipped kitchen including gas stove with oven & broiler, a full sized refrigerator, a microwave oven, drip coffeemaker and toaster; as well as color cable TV and air conditioning/heat. Each cottage also has a screened porch overlooking the lake, a kettle-type BBQ grill, and a picnic table. All bed and bath linens are provided ... we even provide your first pot of coffee!

Single Cottages
Our single cottages are all one large open room furnished with either two double beds, or with a queen-sized bed, and a sofa bed that opens to sleep two people, plus a fireplace. Maximum occupancy in a single cottage is four people.

Two Bedroom Cottages
Two-bedroom cottages are furnished either with one double bed in each separate bedroom plus a sofabed in the living room that opens to sleep two people, or with one double bed and one single bed in first bedroom; single over double bunk bed in second bedroom, plus sofabed in living room which opens to sleep two. Maximum occupancy in a two-bedroom cottage is six people.

Included with each cottage rental is a 14 ft. aluminum v-bottom cottage boat for your use, or a single slip (Boats 93" and wider may require additional slip rental). You can easily see your boat from your cottage. Guests can launch their boats from our private, paved drive at no charge. You can sit on your screened porch, at your picnic table, or on one of the Ozark swings to relax and enjoy all the natural beauty of our lake and area - and with NO MOSQUITOES!

Our Grounds
Our cottages are exceptionally clean and our facilities, including playground areas, horseshoe pits, and basketball hoops are all well-maintained. The paved circle drive, sidewalks, and cottage parking areas make getting around the resort or to the dock easy for all ages. For your convenience, we have fishing licenses, tackle, lake maps, motor rentals, bass boat, deck boat, and pontoon boat rentals, groceries, ice, souvenirs, and deep freezers for your fish available at the resort office. We can also arrange guide service for you for both lake and river trips.

Activities
Nestled in the Ozark Mountains of north central Arkansas just 4 miles from Bull Shoals Dam (the largest in the Midwest), Waterfront Resort offers its guests the opportunity to experience the best of two worlds: incomparable Bull Shoals Lake, and the world famous White River.

Bull Shoals Lake
The more than 50,000 acres of crystal clear Bull Shoals Lake offers plenty of room and things to do for everyone: There are underwater caves and structure to explore for the scuba diver, lots of calm water for the water skier, scenic shorelines with a bounty of driftwood and wildlife for collectors and photographers, and an abundance of Bass, Walleye, Catfish, Crappie, Lake & Rainbow Trout, White Bass and Stripers, and the perennial favorite - Panfish, are all here for the fisherman.

White River
The swift, clear waters of the White River, the world's best brown trout fishery, provide visitors a wide range of activities - flyfishing in the early morning mist, the tasty shorelunch and fast fishing action of a day-long guided float trip, a scenic canoe trip past towering limestone bluffs and filled with wildlife and scenic beauty around every bend, or the rousing good times of a rubber raft trip.

For a change of pace, visitors can enjoy nearby attractions such as the Top of the Ozarks Tower, Bull Shoals Caverns, Mountain Village 1890, or relax on a Bull Shoals State Park guided scenic lake or river cruise.
