Cottage Rental Terms
$100.00 deposit required with each cottage reservation. $150.00 deposit required with each
fishing package reservation. To avoid any mis- understanding, you will be charged for the
time you reserve. Sorry, no pets allowed. 60 Day cancellation notice required for deposit
refund. Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.

give you an additional night's lodging free
with your advance reservation of a 3, 4, or 5 night stay. Additional night subject to
availability and excludes holidays. Offer valid from April 7, 2012 through May 24,

Discounts
5% Discount on all reservations of 2 weeks or longer. Additional 5% Cash/Check
Discount available on cottage reservations of one week or longer or any package
reservation.
Free Hat For First-Time Guests
We'll give you a free hat if you are a first-time guest making a minumum 3 day non-package
reservation. Just tell us you saw us on the Web and we'll give you your free hat when you

Fishing Package Terms
Fishing packages available by advanced reservation only. $150 deposit required on all
fishing packages. Sixty days cancellation notice required for deposit refund. Prices good
through October 2013. No other discounts apply (except 5% cash/check discount). Renters
are responsible for all cost of replacement or repair of any and all damages to rental
boats, motors, and equipment. Renters must be over 18 years of age.
